The Cake and Sugarcraft Centre in Hedge End, near Southampton, will host this class.  This is an ideal class both for beginners and for those wishing to perfect their baking and decorating skills.  The class will combine a detailed demonstration and a hands-on workshop, during which each participant will bake, ice and decorate 8 vintage-style cupcakes.

Julie  Hancock will be your tutor for the day and will share lots of tips and hints during the class and will of course answer all your questions.

We will provide all the Ingredients, materials and all equipment .  All you need to bring is an apron.

Light refreshments will be served during the class.  Please feel free to bring snacks and a packed lunch.
