Book your place on this fun and informative cake decorating class and learn the art of piping beautiful flowers in buttercream.

The Cake and Sugarcraft Centre in Hedge End, near Southampton will host this super fun class.  It is ideal for beginners, as well as for those wishing to perfect their piping skills, and will combine a detailed demonstration and a hands-on workshop.  Each participant will use various piping tubes to ice and decorate 6 cupcakes with buttercream flowers.

Julie Hancock will teach you how to pipe beautiful flowers in buttercream, using various tubes and colours. Julie will teach you all the techniques necessary to make different flower designs  and achieve professional finishes on your cupcakes.  Throughout the class, Julie will share lots of tips and hints and will, of course, answer all your questions.

We will provided 6 cupcakes, buttercream, materials and all equipment in the cost of the class.  All you need to bring is an apron.

Light refreshments will be served during the class.  Please feel free to bring snacks.
