Book your place on a macaron masterclass with The REAL MACARON COMPANY and learn the art of macaronage in 2025 !

This fun and informative class combines a detailed demonstration and a hands-on workshop, allowing all participants to create their own batch of delicious macarons. You will be able to choose the colour and flavour of your macarons.

JANICE B’S CAKE AND SUGARCRAFT CENTRE in Hedge End will host this macaron masterclass on Thursday 6th February, 630pm – 9pm.

We will serve refreshments and macarons during the class.  There will be plenty of time to discuss the intricacies of macaron making.

Class sizes are small ensuring that everyone receives lots of 1-2-1 attention so please book soon to avoid disappointment.  Children over 10 are welcome with an accompanying adult.
