Book your place on this fun and informative class and take home a delicious heart shaped sponge cake beautifully finished and decorated with buttercream piping.

During the class Julie Hancock will teach you various skills to cover and decorate a sponge cake using buttercream.

This class, to be hosted at Janice B’s in Hedge End, is suitable for everyone. It will combine a detailed demonstration and a hands-on workshop, during which each participant will cut, fill, cover and decorate a delicious heart shaped cake with buttercream piping. You will be able to incorporate your own ideas and creative flair to the cake.

Throughout the class, Julie will share lots of tips and hints and will, of course, answer all your questions.

The price of the class includes the cake, buttercream, materials and all equipment.  All you need to bring is an apron.

We will provide light refreshments during the class.  Please feel free to bring snacks and a packed lunch.
