By popular demand we have scheduled our third cake tasting and demo evening on Friday June 20th.  Enjoy a relaxed evening with friends learning royal icing cake decorating skills.   Get to grips with the vagaries of royal icing, while enjoying a selection of great cakes, macarons and refreshments.

Book your place on this fun and informative demonstration and cake tasting evening and learn the art of royal icing  decorating.  Julie will share lots of tips and hints during the evening and will, of course, answer all your questions. This will be  an ideal introduction to cake decorating royal icing, perfectly complimenting the skills learnt at our previous demo evenings, but not requiring any previous knowledge or experience.

 Janice B’s Cake and Sugarcraft Centre in Hedge End, near Southampton will host the evening from 6.30pm – 8.30pm.

A variety of delicious cakes and macarons will be served during the evening along with a selection of drinks. The shop will be open for late night shopping .  Each attendee will receive a complimentary goody bag, including a discount voucher for a class or workshop at Janice B’s in 2025.  One lucky attendee will win the demonstration cake to take home and enjoy!
